At last it’s winter. We walked our dog in the snow. She had so much fun in the snow. When we threw a snowball she always thought it is a tennis ball…when she realized it was only snow she lost her interest.
I just came back from England where we visited some relevants. We had a very good time. On our first day we were at the beach and had a picknick when we first saw a seal swimming near the beach. We were so happy but then we met a men. He told us that we can see more on another beach. So we drove to the beach and there were more than a hundret seals. I took more than 200 pictures. So you will see some more in the next time.
Last weekend the life guard group I’m part of had to pay attention to a boat challenge which is in german called “Drachenbootrennen”. 10 or 20 people are sitting in one boat and have to row after the tact of a bowl.
This pictures were taken when we were on the way to the challenge.
I love to drive in the boat. When the wind is grazing my face I’m able to forget everything around me.
In my holydays my grandpa celebrated his 70. birthday and I had the joy to meet my english relatives and my cousins, too. The flowers are from one of my cousins. She is 5 years old and was very sad when she found that her flowers were away after we got home in the evening. But fortunality they found themselves so she was so lucky. She laughs and was so happy like only a child can be. The laugter of childrens are the honest laughters of he world. I love them so much xx
My english relatives are also so beautiful and I hope very much to see them soon again.
On my last day in Portugal my family and I were in the Lisbon Oceanarium. In the middle of this there is a very big aquarium which included thousands of liter of water. It was a very amazing sight and I was so jealous with the diver on this picture. He is able to dive with sunfishes, manta rays, black-tip reef sharks, tiger sharks and so many other fishes.
There was another diver in this big aquarium either who had to clean the glass pane for the visitors. So the diver (you see in the left corner below) feeded the fishes so they don’t trouble the cleaning diver. It was a funny sight because I know about the sea life in Hannover where one diver have to reflect the turtle so it doesn’t play with the regulators.
The other parts of the oceanarium are seperatet in some parts of the world like the Indian Ocean and Antarctic. One part was this little sea otter pool. I think they are so cute while they’re simming on there backs and holding shells to eat it. So does the little otter above. After some time he shared his shells with his friend.
